Tilo Reichert (Past Speaker)

Tilo has gained more than 12 years of experience working in Luxembourg as well as Ireland and the US in the fields of Risk and Compliance. He has performed different roles and acted as Conducting Officer for Risk Management and Compliance. Since he joined Swiss Life Fund Management in 2017 he as part of the local management team has worked on the transformation of the company to a central fund hub for Pan-European Products of Swiss Life Asset Managers. In his role he has dealt and is dealing with several larger fund launching projects and focused on the improvement of the organizational governance including the general process framework. Together with his team, he has developed and started the roll out of the new oversight concept on delegates. In the light of the increasing regulatory requirements, evolution of the industry and the technology and investor driven changes, he sees the need for a continuous monitoring and embracing of those developments and adaptation of the organization to keep it fit for change and ensure effectiveness while improving efficiencies and leveraging on the Swiss Life Group.
